Jodi Williamson, developer of Travis Villas, has a love for Lake Travis generated by its beauty and sustained by special times with friends and family. He first bought a small lake house, a shack actually, in 1977. The heavy rains of 1992 flooded the original lake house, and it was rebuilt into the existing two story house you see today. In 2004, Williamson began the work to create a place where others could experience those same wonderful times on Lake Travis. Being a builder and developer, Williamson searched for the perfect venue to combine his two favorite architectural styles, Mexican and Tuscan. A desire to bring those styles together has resulted in the Travis Villas. Williamson’s desire was to create a beautiful, relaxing haven for the family that all would enjoy and where all would love to be together. The pristine views, romantic sunsets, cozy fire pits, and beautiful pool have created just such a place. His vision will create memories for generations to come.
